realized during the transnational meetings
Meeting in Bremen, 23-26 November 2015
8 participants from Associazione Uniamoci Onlus (Palermo) were in Bremen to meet the German group: they made some visits to local institutions promoting health, made some sport activities together with the German participants, planned the details of an on-line survey about sport and healthy habits and visited the city of Bremen. Visit to the Gesundheitstreffpunkt West
It is the Bremen West Health Meeting Place, a suburban initiative. They presented to the group of participants their activities for the promotion of helthy lifestyle in the local area, where like an healthy path was built inside the city area, with sport facilities and green areas.
They will publicize the project "International photo-contest" about the promotion of health and they will organize a photo exhibition of the collected pictures.
Visit to Gesundheitsimpulse Bremen
It is an health education facility; the employees presented us their activities for the promotion of health and wellbeing and they introduced us to the use of the "Smovey" (very appreciated by the participants and most of all, a tool for everybody!). We also discussed there about the items of the project on-line survey.

Meeting in Palermo, 6-9 May 2016
8 participants from Diakonie Bremen were in Palermo to meet the Italian group: they made some knowledge activities, they hade a ride on a sailboat, they prepared some social raising awareness activities about healthy lifestyle, they broadcasted web-radio programme, they participated to the Palermo Cyclo Pride Day 2016 and they visited the city. Ride on a sail boat
The Italian and German participants had a ride on a sail boat thanks to the participation of the organization Lega Navale at Palermo Harbor.
the young participants, including people on a wheelchair, had the opportunity to get to know the basics of sailing with the experts and the boats provided by Lega Navale Palermo, that is supporting sailing also for people with a physical disability with the project a sail witout exclusion.
Palermo Cyclo-Pride Day 2016
Some Italian and some German participants participated to the ride organided for the Palermo Cyclo-Pride Day 2016.
It is a famous annual event for Palermo city organized by the organization Cyclopride Italia. The riders started from Foro Italico and they passed for Palermo downtown and the shoreline to arrive in a green area and back.
